Sips with Bites is a free service which aims to support innovation and foster trade by powering the food awareness of students, professionals and food lovers.
We post around 30 images each month highlighting trends in food service and retail, as well as new flavour combinations and design innovations.
Sips with Bites was founded by Lishia Daya Khilosia – an entrepreneur, product developer, ingredient solutions supplier, food researcher, and food and beverages trend spotter. Lishia has worked as a contract R&D technologist and ingredient solution manufacturer and supplier with some of the world’s best-known restaurants, food chains and retail brands in the UK and South Africa over the past 30 years. This has included pioneering a new household brand of mayonnaise, and standardising recipes for large industrial kitchens, particularly for hotels and similar where conference catering is their speciality.
